Alexandra Cooper is the daughter of Bryan Cooper (born 21st August, 94) and Laurie Cooper. Her father once played hockey at University of Wisconsin. Boston University's coach noticed her athletic skills and offered her a scholarship to play sports. Cooper was able to accept the scholarship and played soccer for Boston University's Division-1 team for four years. Cooper was captain co-captain during her senior school year. Cooper helped lead the team to four M.C.T. Through four seasons Cooper was a Prep-A winner as well as the M.C.T. Cooper also won All-Prep First Team and All-Area First Team honors as a junior and senior. Cooper was a star in other fields too. While in school Cooper developed an interest for the media world and entertainment. After that, she realized this was the career she wanted to pursue. She was a graduate of Boston University with a degree in TV and film.
