Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez (born Sara Ramirez) is a Mexican American singer-songwriter and popular actress. In her early years, Sara was racially taunted by a lot of Americans. She began to gain confidence during the 9th grade, when she entered a school audition. She received a lot of praise for her singing. Not only did she gain confidence from the experience, but she also changed career goals. At the age of 22, she graduated from New York's Julliard School. Her professional career began at the age of 23 in Paul Simon's The Capeman on Broadway and the film You've Got Mail. Her greatest break came in her performance as The Lady of The Lake, in the first Broadway version of Spamalot. She was awarded the Tony Award and received great appreciation for her role. In 2007 she was cast on the ABC program Grey's Anatomy and became more popular. In addition to being a popular singer, she also released her own solo album and an extended piece. In addition, she's an activist and works extensively for LGBT rights.
